SHIPPING TIME
Shipments within the Netherlands are handled by PostNL and all international shipments are handled by PostNL. You will be notified by email about the expected delivery date after checkout. Please note that during sales periods, delivery may take longer than normal and shipments are only processed on European business days. Esports Nutrition is not responsible for delays or errors caused by PostNL.

In addition, we will send you an email the moment your shipment is turned over to the carrier. They will provide you with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment throughout its journey.

Customs information
For shipments outside of Europe, a package may be held at customs for inspection. Unfortunately, the inspection may take up to 30 days before the package is forwarded to the delivery address. Please let us know if you have not received your package after the customs clearance time. After those 30 days, we will initiate an investigation of your shipment.

Please note that during sales periods, delivery may take longer than normal. The delivery times below apply from the day your package is shipped from the Esports Nutrition warehouse. The expected delivery date is listed in the shipping confirmation.

Shipping costs depend on your delivery address and method. After you complete all the fields on the page; then you can view the shipping costs.

Fees & taxes
Esports Nutrition ships from the Netherlands. Esports Nutrition is not liable for duties or taxes. Please be well informed before placing an order. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Shipping
If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you refuse delivery or write a bill (if possible) that you accept a damaged box when you sign for it.

Please note that Esports Nutrition ships from the Netherlands. Import duties and taxes may apply. These are regulated by your country’s customs, we have no influence on this.

If you receive an item from us, we would ask that you treat it with the utmost care.

For products where hygiene is important, such as tablets, capsules, powders, drinks, creams, oils and other sealed products, only unopened and in undamaged condition (any seal intact) can be accepted for return. If you have damaged products when in use, we may charge you.

The purchase price will be refunded as soon as possible but at the latest within 14 days after revocation.

Items whose safety packaging has been broken can therefore not be returned without express contact with esportsnutrition.com customer service: info@esportsnutrition.nl

The item must be returned to us with proof of shipment.
The cost of returning the item and the shipping risk shall be borne by the customer.
After the return period (14 days), the item cannot be exchanged or returned.
To exchange or return an item, the return form must be completed in full and sent with the returned item.
When exchanging an item, we will pay the shipping cost of the item to be reshipped once.

When returning an item, we will transfer payment as soon as possible but within 14 days of receiving the item to the bank account from which you paid us for the item including shipping costs.
